# Media editing, memes, and roleplay actions

> Edit images with filters, create memes and quote cards, generate fake message screenshots, and perform roleplay actions like hug, kiss, and slap with seize.

seize offers a broad set of media and roleplay commands to spark creativity and fun in your server. Edit images with filters, create memes and quote cards, generate fake Discord message screenshots, and perform roleplay actions on other members.

## Image editing

Apply filters and effects to any image. You can provide an image URL, attach an image, or reply to a message that contains one.

For `,quote`, reply to a message or pass a message ID/link. You can also change the font after the card is generated.

## Fake message generator (Premium)

seize can render realistic-looking fake Discord message screenshots. This is a premium feature.

Options include dark/light theme, custom fonts (Comic Sans, Impact, Papyrus), mention highlights, reactions, timestamps, fake bot badges, and attached images. You can also export as a GIF.

## Roleplay actions

Perform animated actions on other server members. Each command tracks how many times you have used it on that person. Some commands are restricted to NSFW channels.

  Users can disable roleplay commands directed at them in their personal settings. If a target has opted out, you will not be able to use roleplay on them.

<Warning>
  `,uwulock` and `,brainrotlock` require the **Manage Messages** permission. They edit the user's messages via webhooks and can be removed with the `remove` subcommand.
